Our work

A club-first approach to recruiting African talent.

Recruitment starts with the club

At Homemade Sports, recruitment starts with the club, not with a list of available players. We take the time to understand your sporting project, your game model and your positional needs, then use our scouting network and market access across West Africa to identify profiles that genuinely fit.

Our role is to make the process more targeted, more informed and more efficient, so you can make the right decision with confidence.

How we work with clubs

We don't send players. We solve recruitment needs.

01

Understand and target

We take the time to fully grasp your sporting project, positional needs, game model and financial framework. You receive a bespoke shortlist of three to five pre-selected profiles calibrated to your tactical requirements, not a database.

02

Evaluate and decide

Every recommended player arrives with a complete dossier: in-depth video analysis, live scouting reports, character profiling, medical history and verified administrative status. You decide on evidence, without losing recruitment time.

03

Negotiate and secure

We manage the transaction with full transparency: direct multi-party communication, deal structuring including fees, sell-on clauses and performance triggers, visa processing and legal documentation. We remove the friction so you can focus on football.

04

Integrate and develop

Our work continues past the signing table. We support cultural acclimatisation, family orientation, lifestyle stability and long-term performance tracking. A well-supported player adapts faster, stays focused and delivers more on the pitch.

The pathway starts before Europe

We work closely with the academies and clubs where our players are identified, often building a relationship with the player and his environment months, sometimes one or two years, before any move.

Once a profile matches our criteria, we assess more than his current level: technical ability, physical potential, tactical understanding, mentality, character and areas for improvement. Where needed, we build an individual development programme with the player's academy and the local physical coaches we work with. Their brief is clear — correct the weaknesses, raise the physical and technical ceiling, sharpen what he already does well.

The player arrives in Europe better prepared, more complete and ready for the next level.

Method, not access

Identification is only the starting point. Every player we represent is prepared for the transition long before it happens: tactical understanding, professional habits, mental readiness, and the off-pitch maturity required to integrate into a foreign club.

For our partner clubs the result is simple — players who arrive ready to perform.

We don't move fast. We move correctly.
