Homemade Sports was created from a shared understanding of the football industry and a belief that talent is most often missed for want of access, not ability. We combine scouting expertise, market insight and a practical understanding of how football operates across different markets.
That understanding runs from the environments where young players first develop, to the clubs and decision-makers who shape their next stage.

In Africa, our scouting covers Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Nigeria and Burkina Faso, with active expansion into Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and Angola.
In each country, a permanent local representative identifies, verifies and monitors talent at close range. The same people, season after season — which is how you come to know a player rather than a highlight reel.
We keep continuous dialogue with the clubs, academies and families around each player. That is what makes a pathway transparent rather than opportunistic.
In Europe
Our relationships are built where players are actually developed: academies and ambitious clubs across France, England, Belgium, Hungary, Norway, Slovenia, and a widening group of competitive European leagues.
These are not consolation destinations. They are the environments where a young player gets minutes, a coach who invests in him, and a real chance to prove himself at senior level. A first move that fits is worth more than a first move that impresses.
